Did acupuncture cure your plantar faciitis?
Snickers asked:
I have plantar faciitis in my left foot and the pain is intense. I need relief and was wandering if acupuncture would work or is it a temporary fix.

Temporary fix if that. Here is how you can release your achilles tendon the thing that is actually causing the pain in your foot:
Achilles tendon:
While sitting and your leg on your lap, take both thumbs and place them side by side at about ankle height on the tendon on the back of your leg and apply pressure hard and hold. After 30 seconds slowly raise your toes up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds.
Your muscle in your leg has it’s tendon shortening itself up and that is causing it to pull on the area that has any give in it and that is where it attaches in your foot. Releasing the tendon allows the muscle to relax and quit pulling on your heel.
